The Corporation insurance policy may NOT cover certain items in your unit and may be subject to a Standard Unit By-law, which is why it is so important that Condominium Owners and their tenants look into their Property Insurance Policy.

Once you have confirmed these details, you can reach out to your insurance provider to find the appropriate coverages for you. If you use a storage locker in your Condominium, please inform your insurance provider that some personal contents are being stored outside the unit in a storage locker on the property.
