It is once again that time of the year when we wear sweaters in the morning and regret it by mid-afternoon. We enjoy the Colours of Nature while we can. We pull out the Parkas and boots that will soon be a daily staple.
We say goodbye to BBQ and Gardening Season; and prepare for the ski, skating, shovelling and indoor activities Season. We think about spending time with family and celebrating Holidays.
Some condominium residents like to celebrate the holidays by adding wreaths and/or ornaments to the outside of doors and hallways. These types of decorations have been noted to be fire hazards. It is important to be cognizant of fire regulations and resident safety when decorating the buildings’ common areas.
For Property Management, it is the time we think about equipment switchovers. A/C to Heat, Annual Fire Testing, Snow Removal Contracts, shutting down Irrigation Systems, and a renewed hope for a major incident free winter.
This is a good time to thank the building staff; cleaners, concierge, superintendents, and Condominium Managers for their efforts throughout the year in maintaining a safe and comfortable community for all.
The GPM team wishes all a wonderful season filled with love, laughter and the spirit of condominium living as more than just neighbours, but as members of the same community.
